These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your consent to receive text messages from Arterra Investments LLC ("Arterra," "we," "our," "us"). By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the terms below.

1. Program Description

Arterra Investments LLC sends SMS messages to individuals who have explicitly consented to receive them. Messages may include:

• Follow-up communications related to your inquiry or prior contact with us
• Account notifications and status updates
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Transactional information related to your relationship with Arterra

We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional SMS messages.

2. How We Obtain Consent

Arterra only sends SMS messages to individuals who have provided explicit written consent through one of the following methods:

• Online form: Submitting your phone number via an Arterra web form with the SMS consent checkbox checked
• Verbal consent during a call: Agreeing to receive a follow-up text during a phone conversation with an Arterra representative, followed by a confirmation SMS
• Written request: Submitting a signed written consent form

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or account activity. You will not receive more messages than are reasonably related to your specific inquiry or account relationship. We do not send recurring automated promotional messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Arterra Investments LLC does not charge for SMS messages; carrier rates apply.

5. Supported Keywords

Keyword	Action
STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE	Immediately unsubscribes you from all Arterra SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.
START	Re-subscribes you if you previously opted out.
HELP, INFO	Returns support information including contact details and opt-out instructions.

6. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from us
• Emailing [email protected] with your phone number and opt-out request
• Contacting us by phone and requesting removal

Upon opt-out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you provide new explicit consent.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and consent information are handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for undelivered messages.
